For a very limited time, works by noted Jamaican Artist Cecil Cooper has come on the resale market. Mr Cooper has left a legacy in a body of work befitting the foundation artist he was in the Jamaican genre. He not just was an early pioneer in building and contributing to the institutions of the island, He was the hands on forerunner of what was to become the stellar achievements of the island on the world scene, of notable artist such as Barrington Watson, Albert Hui and the like.
